The reservation deposit

A reservation holds your seat with a deposit of ₹500. This is a flat amount. The hours of your appointment are sorted with your stylist at the salon, once we have seen your hair.

How the deposit is adjusted

The ₹500 is adjusted against your final bill at checkout. If your service total is ₹4,000, you pay ₹3,500 at the salon, since ₹500 was already paid to reserve.

Cancellations

Plans change. If you cancel or reschedule at least twenty four hours before your appointment, your deposit carries to the new date. For cancellations inside twenty four hours, or for a no show, the deposit is retained to cover the held chair.

Service satisfaction

If something about your service is not right, tell your stylist or the Chef de Salon before you leave. We would always rather correct the work in the chair than have you leave unhappy.
