When you reserve a seat or call a salon, we collect your name, contact number, email, and the branch and service you are interested in. When you pay a reservation deposit, the payment is processed by our payment provider. We do not store your card details.

How we use it

We use your details to confirm and hold your appointment, to contact you about your booking, and to adjust your reservation deposit against your final bill. With your consent, we may send occasional offers from the branch you booked. You can opt out at any time.

Who we share it with

We share your details only with the branch you booked and our payment and messaging providers, strictly to deliver your appointment. We do not sell your information.

Your choices

You can ask us to correct or delete your details, or to stop contacting you, by writing to the branch or to the house. We will act on the request within a reasonable time.
