One chair, then six.

Trés Mink began in 2010 as a single chair on Prabhat Road. The plan was never to be everywhere. It was to be the same, everywhere we were.

The Founder

Fourteen years. One discipline.

"We are not in the hair business. We are in the considered hour business. Hair is what we do. The hour is what we hold."

What began on Prabhat Road grew into six Salon addresses across Pune and Bangalore, an Académie that has trained more than a hundred and forty stylists, and a Gentlemen's room that keeps standing appointments week after week.

The Salon leads. The Académie keeps the chairs filled with people trained to the same standard. Gentlemen sits alongside, in its own register. Three doors, one parent, none diluted.

Shailesh still trains every Chef de Salon himself. That is the whole point. A standard is only a standard if one hand sets it.

The House Principles

How we hold the hour.

Principle 01

The hour belongs to the guest

No double booking, no rushing a chair to turn it over. The hour you reserve is yours from consult to finish.

Principle 02

Restraint reads premium

No emoji, no shouting, no offer of the week. We let the work and the room speak.

Principle 03

Every stylist, founder trained

Every Chef de Salon learned the standard from Shailesh. The Académie keeps that line unbroken.
